Common questions
Quick answers about sessions, hardware, and booking. Policies that are still being finalized are called out clearly.
How long is each session?
Reserved VR Cave sessions default to 45 minutes of play, followed by 15 minutes for area reset and sanitation before the next group. Premium PCVR uses the same play-plus-reset pattern unless a package says otherwise. Standalone arcade machines offer quick rounds (about 10 minutes) and do not require a booking.
How many people can play at once?
Each VR Cave supports up to 6 players in one shared room. Premium PCVR supports 1–4 players by reserving that many stations for the same start time. Standalone arcade is walk-up, typically one player per machine.
What’s the difference between VR Cave and Premium PCVR?
VR Cave is a private shared room for a whole group on one mission together. Premium PCVR uses individual high-end PC stations — book 1–4 players and we assign stations automatically. You never pick internal machine names.
Do I need to book online?
Cave and Premium PCVR sessions should be reserved online so we can hold hardware and staff for your time. Standalone arcade is first-come at the venue and does not use the reservation system.
What ages can play?
VR Unleashed is family-friendly. Official age and height guidance will be published once the space and game lineup policies are finalized. Until then, ask us if you have younger guests.
Do I need VR experience?
No experience required. Our team handles setup, coaching, comfort tips, and mid-session help so first-timers and veterans can play together.
Can we book events or birthdays?
Yes — see Packages and Event Reservations for birthdays, celebrations, and group events. Online event booking is Coming Soon; standard Cave and Premium sessions are available to book now.
What about cancellations or arriving late?
Final cancellation and late-arrival policies will be published before launch. As a rule, arrive a few minutes early for check-in and headset fitting so your play block starts on time.
